CPSR (EU) — Certified toxicologist prepares Parts A & B of the Cosmetic Product Safety Report. Demonstrates formula safety and is required for the PIF.
SCPN (UK) — Completion of Submit Cosmetic Product Notification for OPSS, with image uploads. Required prior to launch on the UK market.
PIF — Full Product Information File: formula, certificates, and test reports. Must be kept for ten years after the final batch.
Label Compliance — Review or adaptation of the label: INCI list, PAO symbol, batch code, RP address, and marketing claims. Prevents fines and costly recalls.
Responsible Person — Our legal entity registered as the RP, post‑marketing surveillance, liaison with MDR/OPSS. Grants the legal right to place products on the market and maintain the PIF.
